Eva Hollenstein is a postdoctoral researcher in the Implementation Science in Nursing research group at the University of Zurich and at the Center for Clinical Nursing Science (ZKPW) at University Hospital Zurich. As part of the FICUScale study, she contributes to the development and evaluation of strategies for implementing family-centered care in intensive care units.

Eva holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Health Care, a degree in Health Sciences (Mag. Sc. hum.), and a Master of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Public and Nonprofit Management. She completed her doctoral degree in Public Health and Epidemiology at the University of Basel. In her dissertation, conducted at the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute, she investigated interprofessional collaboration in the context of suicide prevention in Switzerland.

Before joining the University of Zurich, Eva worked for several years as a research associate at the Winterthur Institute of Health Economics at Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Her main areas of work include the planning, implementation, and evaluation of complex interventions and health services projects, as well as the application of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
